Happy birthday Madonna!

Madonna is 60 today - I know she's a bit flaky at times but do love her music.

She's not a grandmother, as far as I know, but is of our generation so I think she deserves a mention on her special day smile flowers wine

Never really been a fan ,I remember my daughter and her friend playing a Madonna album endlessly one summer and it kind of put me off.She has done well with reinventing herself over the years though but I always think she based herself on Bette Midler who was outrageous long before Madonna

I agree with a commentator on local radio this morning who said she was a so so singer, a terrible actress but could put on a great entertaining show

Not a fan, but her songs do get in to your head, especially 'Like a virgin' and
'Material girl'

Although she did manage to completely ruin "American Pie'.shock

Agree a master at reinventing herself

I do admire her but although weird she seems to do the right thing by her children
