It looks as if we are going to have another hot day today.
Coffee morning later then I e got a couple of plants to pot up when I get back. I might leave the ironing until it cools down a bit! ? (I know, any excuse)!

Good morning Michael and all GNs. Not sure what the weather is set to do in Cornwall today. It is our last day here and I hope it will be a gentle one - I think I finally overdid it yesterday and it was soooo hot!! Can you have too much of a good thing? Have a good day, folks!

I have a friend coming this morning and she is treating me to a sort of pamper day and cream tea. Oh , it's a hard life.

After a scorcher yesterday this morning starts grey again,though usually clears later.

Decided to have a stroll along our beach and have never witnessed it so packed with sunburnt bodies......we are certainly following Cornwall.
Sadly neither of us managed much as my man`s back is still tender and I don`t seem to have any "go" at all these days.........at least we had some fresh sea air and a spot of people watching which proved highly amusing!!!

This time we are the viewers........a flat in our town........it is a hilly town so we already are counting it out!

Another sunny morning here.

Had a lovely few days camping in Cheddar, visiting Glastonbury, Burnham, and Clevedon. Ending with the concert Saturday night, but the headliner Paloma Faith had to cancel last minute due to laryngitis. So they had to Helicopter Tom Odell as a replacement.

So enjoying this long summer and being able to be outdoors .

Sun is out in Kent. Last few days have been great as we have had quiet a strong sea breeze so not stifling.

Lovely sunny day (so far) in the north of Scotland. I have just put on a washing so that may bring on the rain but it is pleasantly warm. Have just been out checking snail and slug damage in the garden as it was raining overnight and they would have been munching away!

Sorry to be a misery guts, but it's cool, breezy and raining again in Glasgow and I'm thoroughly fed up with it!!! ?
I already haves cakes in the oven, but the washing won't be going out. ?️☔
We have DGD a little later today, as it is a public holiday in the town her mum works, so she is working shorter hours.
We are off out again, to finally order the tiles for the extension.

My family arrive this evening. I wish it wasn’t so scorching hot. We have fans set up in their bedroom as they are used to having it cool at their own home. I have enough food in that could feed all Gransnetters at that Jamboree that Lemongrove is running. ?

Morning everyone, quite a nice day here in NE Fife, sun is staying hard to get out, think it will be quite nice. Another busy day for us both today but looking forward to it. Washing out thanks to DH. Hope everyone has a fun day.

Yes it's another sunny start here on the south coast too and we are told it won't change until Wednesday. I think it might be a shock when the temperature drops now that we have acclimatised to the heat.

Very happy that DD and family left Bali yesterday just before the latest earthquake which affected the airport they had left earlier. Long journey home but they are back safe and sound and I can stop worrying about them!

Hope the day is a good one for us all.
