Hi all, love your posts but mostly do not have a clue what you are talking about. Being an 'Aussie' I get the Kangaroo Tail Soup but in 70 years I have never seen it on a restaurant menu here in Australia. Kangaroo meat is prolific in supermarkets and enjoyed (too strong for me). Sadly, most Kangaroos are culled as they are considered a pest devouring the grasses needed for cattle. We have a potential industry here for both Kangaroo and Crocodile skins for the export market. Crocodiles are breeding and taking over our rivers and beaches - even on the golf course but the 'Greenies' fight to let nature take its course. If you are thinking of visiting our Great Barrier Reef then do it soon ...... before the crocodiles take over. Thanks to all for your posts and discussions.
