It's more of the same here on the south coast and I am off to the DVT clinic for a scan on my leg to see if there is a clot or not. It's not as swollen but still red. Hope I am not sat in a hot waiting room for too long.

Good morning all. Cloudy and muggy in Glasgow.
Hospital appointment today, yet an other ultrasound on my hands.
At least I will escape the builders. They were hammering so much, the back door wouldn't shut.. We couldn't try to close it from the outside, as there was a load of wet cement on that side. .
I decided to go out of the conservatory door and some happened to that also. It must be all the vibrations. DH was not amused with me.
Gaga. I hope all goes well.

Boiling hot down here in the south, needing two showers a day, or is that too much info.

Starting sorting my clothes for our annual trip down to the New Forest on Wednesday. I think I would have been very happy living in that part of the world. I love where I am now but there is something special about the NF with the ponies walking around freely.

Morning Mick, morning All. Another snap morning in our corner of Somerset. Not a cloud to be seen. I’m on week 2 of watering detail for a neighbour. So far her pots are surviving, all those watering cans must be good for my muscles . Have a good holiday mick. Stay cool everyone.

Have a lovely holiday Mick, hope it’s (just) thrombophlebitis gagagran, commiserations marydoll both on builders and having to travel to Glasgow (not that I don’t love it, it’s a great city, just the travelling bit)
I am having one of those mornings where I just cat lift my head off the pillow, but got friends coming to lunch so will have to force myself and tidy up a bit.

Good morning, cloudy, 14 degrees and the ground is damp. Shopping today and collecting GD tonight, eldest is already on school holidays so we have an intricate timetable for childcare duties.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. Back from a very hot weekend away.
Walking Netball this morning, last one before Summer break so we are having a picnic afterwards....no worries about the weather.
Is it bad to be wishing for rain? After the picnic of course!

Morning from North East Fife, cloudy, light rain but very muggy here today. Had DGS last night (2 years) and he is still sleeping. Went to bed at 7.20 p.m. - can't believe we are up before him.

Very humid and overcast here in Norfolk. It feels as if it’ll break soon - just as we’re heading off for a couple of days in the caravan. Hot, humid and stormy is not pleasant in a tin box! Still, it’s all arranged now. See you in two or three days - if I haven’t melted.

Morning everyone from Little Miss Smug who finished all the ironing yesterday! Off to the garden centre later, to meet you know who. My daughter has warned me against meeting strangers from the internet!
