I was in the garden this morning and, because I've pretty much lost my sense of smell, gave the ceanothus a great big sniff to try to get a trace of perfume. All I got was a huge tickle up my nose. Thinking I'd inhaled a petal I blew my nose and what should appear but an ant! DGS said it was gross when I showed him but I guess that was the slimy stuff. Has anyone else snorted something unexpected?
