On the home page for GN I have been getting side ads for a firm of jewellers, I think they are called Brilliant Earth or similar.
This morning out of curiosity/nosiness I clicked onto the ad and was amazed to see rings, some costing tens of thousands of pounds. At the bottom the simple instruction, add to bag.
Now if I was a young man buying an engagement ring or as a gift for someone or even for myself, I would take weeks going round looking and choosing and would want many to view and compare.
Am I alone in This?

I have found Ads annoying as well, Facebook is a prime example.
If I have done a item search ,I very often get ads coming up on various pages for those items .

I would not trust online shopping for such an item
Did anyone read today about the chap who ordered a £9000 Rolex and it was fake!

I get ads at the bottom of a thread that are relevant to the topic. Facinates me how they do that and so quickly !
ann like you I would be amazed at anyone buy such an item on line. I suppose they must though or the ads wouldn't be there.
