Speedy text?

My husband has an electric bed which the council PAT test each year. I had a phone call to say they would come today, a text confirmation would be sent and the person would text in the morning to say what time he would arrive. Excellent idea I thought. 10.30 am. Doorbell rang and the tester arrived, I asked about the text. He explained he had sent it but had been so near it hadn’t arrived. The text arrived at 3.15 with a security question and the tester’s name!
