How many UK landmarks do you recognise?

Show-offs! 50% and not impressed with myself, but since never been to most of the areas in the quiz, I guess I should travel more!

100% Been to them all.

90%- more by good luck than good management!

Of course none of mine were guesses.

I'm amazed that I got 90% - a few were guesses though.

I have to admit I only knew 5 for sure.......the rest were guesses!!!

90% here. I didn’t know one of the castles but as I took the quiz 30 seconds ago I obviously can’t remember which one!

90%, I got Cardiff Castle wrong. I dithered a long time on Westminster Abbey, and nearly went for Durham Cathedral. I thought I knew both of them well.

90%, only missed At Michael's Mount. I didn't think it had houses so near. I've been to Leeds, and my DD used to live in Glasgow. The city council keep removing the traffic cone, but someone always puts it back. I think they've given up now.

Oh dear 60% - I don't get out much

If in doubt, what other city would keep a cone on the head of a statue on the basis he looked “up himself”?

90% and now can't remember which one I got wrong (old age? moi?).

Just a point; the Glasgow statue is outside the Gallery of Modern Art, not the Art Gallery, which is at Kelvingrove.

80%, I got the Glasgow one wrong and the N.Ireland one, but I`ve never been to either, so that`s my excuse.
Dover castle is well worthy of a visit, and very interesting. I`ve seen the Angel of the North up close, and, sorry if it offends anyone, but it`s one of the ugliest things I`ve ever seen. (apart from me in the mirror!)

I'm just examining pictures of Cardiff Castle - I thought it was more impressive than that.

I was surprised how well I did as I haven't done much travelling in the UK for the past 40+ years. 70%.

Wonder how well I'd do with the equivalent quiz in Germany?

90% - mixed up Dover and Warwick castles

Haven't lived in the UK for 25 years!

We went to Dover Castle last year - very impressive. It is still intact because apparently Hitler had earmarked it for his domain when he invaded therefore it was not bombed.

80% - I got the statue and Cardiff castle wrong

I admit I recognised Glasgow from the 'traffic cone' rather than the art gallery building!

90% but very embarrassed as the one I didn't get was Westminster Abbey.

90% put the horse statue in wrong city

DH and I did this on our phones on the bus today. I got 90%; he got 80%. I didn’t get Glasgow Art Gallery. Dover Castle was a process of elimination!
