Many congratulations Teetime. My Mum had her children when she was young and so did I, but my children did not become parents until they were in their mid-thirties, which is increasingly common.

My Mum was a lovely great-granny to her seven great-grandchildren, and the oldest ones will certainly remember her. Six of them attended her funeral.

I think it is unlikely that I will live long enough to have great grandchildren, so I think you have done very well.

Many congratulations regarding your new great granddaughter Isobel. What weigh was she? I have 2 greats, but they are both boys, and I only have one granddaughter, so would love a great granddaughter.
