summer days

We have these glorious balmy summer days.....and nights for several days,and but for a rainy blip on Thursday we have had very pleasant weather for some two weeks so as far as we are concerned summer and a heat wave is already here on the west coast of Wales!
Yesterday was a treat seeing so many golden bodies enjoying the seaside.............surely nothing beats our own country when the weather is thus kind?

I too find it too hot and no longer can sunbathe as such,I have to find the shade,nevertheless it is such a treat to dress in light summer wear forgetting the need for a jacket........heaven sent ..........and yes I can take this for a few months yet!!

We had a very warm morning, and now intermittent sun and showers, but I am thankful it is cooler than yesterday when we were out walking - on days like that I just want to sit! DH said this morning he had heard we are going to have a heatwave in July and August. Yeah, right!

Am much too hot today, was pottering in the garden but had to come indoors to cool off.??

Beautiful summer days in South West London - almost like being in Africa!

Beautiful here in Lancashire but have to keep coming indoors with our puppy as he doesn't seem to understand shade!!!

Well it started well first thing here on the NE coast but as usual it is now back to grey and miserable. Doesn't really matter to me as I'm at work but it would be nice to go home and sit in the garden while the DGC play outside for a while. Last night it was so cold I had to put the heating on for an hour or two.

Summer? what summer? Global warming hasn't reached the North East.

Me too - have been to work this morning - but now home in time to enjoy the lovely weather!

Its a beautiful blue sky day here too.... glorious !

I love them too - but things keep making me have to go indoors and sort them out! I want to be out there!!!
