Haha similar here.Car..replaced,lawn mower...replaced,phone playing up,teeth playing up,dental bill,toaster being awkward etc etc

Must be catching! The radiator in our ensuite is leaking, but it isn’t in a place where we can get at it! There is a red light on the freezer that won’t go out and the tap in the kitchen is giving me Chinese water torture! Oh, and I have had a complete sense of humour failure. Can we GALMI for that, I wonder?

Just been there fingers now crossed for a break in meeting new workmen pleasant as they were.

They weren't all pleasant. The new washing machine installer was incredibly rude to DH. Aggressive really but tacked a hissed 'sir' on the end of every sentence. I thought there'd be a full scale fight at one point as DH doesn't take that sort of crap nonsense. Then to cap it all he said "And you'll be wanting to give me a good review after this". Would we puff!

We have always found that we have two expensive months per year........they differ but everything seems to need some sort of attention.
Whilst with appliances and the like we always find they break down in threes............once they start on that downward spiral you are on tender hooks knowing there will be that second and then a third.
I think it is simple called .......owning a home and its hazards!!!

It must be something in the air, my daughter is complaining....all four tyres needed replacing on her car, the new shower screen exploded and a bedroom window mysteriously cracked. (Child not guilty!) That’s enough for one day I think!
