As a child I drove my parents almost to distraction with the question
Who am I and why am I me?
They would reply 'because you are you!'

I then would reply 'but why am I ME and not somebody else?'

It was a genuine question, not done to drive my parents mad.
It drove me mad for many years
Now I try not to think about it

I have been here before, I am a middle aged, witty, funny, gorgeous, delightful scrummy mummy. I used to be named after a precious stone. According to some, I have been missed.

Usually when I have too much to do or am putting off a task.
