Must be the hospital room number, as others have said. Reminds me of the one about the girl who was born in March but celebrates her birthday every year in August. (Because she was born in March, Cambridgeshire )

I always like a challenge and I enjoy all the quiz shows and panel games but this has beaten me. My brain has exploded! Is there an answer to this or is it rheatorical or what? Is it something to do with the different calendars - gregorian and Julian (I think)? Probably not - grasping at straws really but I’ve got in mind the different dates for Easter which are to do with the different calendars, so wondered if it was something similar. ???
