My mum used to be his cleaner, and she said he is the most lovely, humble, quite shy man.

Martin Clunes always seems to bear a passing resemblance to a decent human being. I would happily have him to tea.

Elrel I used to have an office in a neighbouring building to Tony Robinson's production office and we often used to catch the same tube train. We would pass pleasantries in the way you do with someone you keep bumping into but don't really know. He has a lovely nature. I count it as knowing him although I doubt he wouldn't recognise me if he saw me now.

I would love to chat to Tom Hanks to find out if we were in any way related as my maiden name was Hanks.

I would not get on with Michael Caine because of his politics but I think I would with Julie Waters, Oprah Winfrey, Jane Garvey, both Obamas, Jeremy Corbyn and I would make damn sure to get on with Rufus Sewell, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Aneurin Bernard!

Ooh Sean Bean & Liam Neeson.
I could get on well with Victoria Wood and Terry Wogan.

Colin Firth. And if I can have a dead one, Arthur Miller.

Sandi Toksvig always seems sensible and has a great sense of humour.

Another vote for Michael Palin but also Rick Stein. Both come across as kind, laid back, well mannered men.

Can they be dead celebrities? If so then I'd like to think that I'd get on well with Victoria Wood. Maybe wishful thinking though.
Marion Keynes seems a lot of fun. I think she'd be good company.

I'd love to have a chat with Michael Caine. He always seemed like a lovely person , and I'm sure he'd be fun to have dinner with.

I think I'd get on very well indeed with Anthony Hopkins! We're both Welsh for a start and we'd gone on from there.....

I don't think I'd get on with Jeremy Clarkson. Or want to!
I met Peter Snow who was lovely and Vanessa Redgrave who was even more pleasant and approachable than I anticipated.
I think Tony Robinson would be nice and have been assured by that reliable authority, the London cabbie, that Michael Palin not how he seems on tv but 'even nicer'!

I’ve been catching up with Cruising With Jane Macdonald on Channel 5, and I think I could get on with her.
I also think I could get on with Graham Norton.
What about you?
