Hello everyone! I went to a laughter class in Norwich today at Dussingdale community centre (next to sainsburys) . Didn't know what to expect. It was brilliant, I'm still on a high! Didn't realise how good it is for you. Did you know 10 minutes of laughter tones the stomache the same as 30 minutes on a rowing machine....and much more fun. If your in the area check it out next week at 10am

I like this idea! I’m going to be living in Norwich for 3months as from next week. Looking for unusual things to do.

Next month, we are doing laughing yoga with the people who attend our dementia cafe

Does somebody tell funny anecdotes to keep you all laughing?Often wondered how it works, as you can’t just laugh for no reason?

The lady who runs a laughter yoga group near us is strikingly lacking in sense of humour. That's rather put me off going as I'd previously really fancied trying it.
