Gransnet e-mails appearing on my inbox

How do I stop Gransnete informing me by e-mail every time someone posts on one of the forums I have posted on? I have had to delete about 20 tonight and about the same yesterday. This did not start to happen till about 2 weeks ago. Help please -- I have eno ugh unwanted e-mails already

log in go to personal preferences
if email notifications are not checked contact the admin

Found it mim... so I think I managed to unchecked the box... here's hoping

good luck
remember on any site if it doesn;t do what you want> go to admin/may have to wait for reply
sometimes takes them a few days to get thru but rarely get ignored
we are their bread and butter
