How often do you have a glass of wine.?

I tried some low alcohol fruit fusion wine this last week (Echo Falls?) and enjoyed it. I think it was only 8 units the bottle. I wouldn’t drink it all the time, as I prefer a dry wine, but I’ll certainly buy it again occasionally.

I have a bottle over the course of a week at home, and I always have two alcohol free days. We have a weekly night out when I have a couple of drinks, so I’m within the government guidelines on a normal week. On high days and holidays all bets are off.

I do worry a bit about the younger generation though. We didn’t really start drinking on a regular basis until our50’s They seem to down such a lot when they are partying. Even when the party is a family ‘do’.

I will have a couple of glasses at the weekend, but in the week generally only if we are eating pasta. I like a glass of red with lasagne or spag Bol! So maybe, in all, three or four glasses a week. When GS is staying over I don’t take alcohol at all.

Don’t worry about me travelsafar, I’m so not worth it??

It varies here, sometimes weekends, sometimes in the week, sometimes both or not at all. Prefer hot chocolate in this weather .

I never drink and i worry about some people i know who do nearly every evening not just at the weekend. I especially worry if i know they have children as my fear is, what if one of the children was taken ill and you had to drive them to hospital and you had been drinking!!!! I dont remember this being a 'thing' that people did when i was a child or youngster, it seems to be the norm nowadays. You only drank wine on a special occasion or on a night out.
