Oh wow! Had a look in Yorkshire Post and it does look like one. I loved the story of the Dead Bod btw. Saw original in Humber St gallery and great if Banksy adding to iconic graffiti collection!

Looks like we may have another Banksy. Went to see it this evening. It's a wonderful play on Dead Bod which is a well known (locally) piece of graffiti from the docks. A little girl looking down at a dead bird.
