How very sad.

Not always, Christinefrance, sadly.

I try to deal with these people "tactfully", asking them if they think every woman they meet is going to find them desirable, and "come on" to them, there is usually a raising of eyebrows, and a comment along the lines of "of course not!"

Some actually get it at that point, some sadly need further explanation.

The vanity of men!

I have never known the same reaction when a lesbian joins the team, none of the women currently with us express any concerns whatsoever.................men, fragile little things, some of them.

Yes why do straight men assume that, I have heard those comments too. Unfortunately it's usually older men saying that.

To an extent, Mrs JamJam, but I still have to (thank goodness, only occasionally) have conversations with men who just because someone is gay, have the vanity and audacity to think that the gay chap will find them attractive!

Thank goodness times have moved on.
