bloody flux is probably a blood stained discharge from the vagina at a time when the woman is not having her period. Anyone who has it should of course go to the doctor, as it can be caused by something quite harmless, like a really good romp between the sheets, or be a symptom of a damaged mucous membrane, not very serious either, but most of us worry ourselves sick that there might be something seriously wrong.
"Female disease" is most likely a euphemism for any gynaecological disorder.
