I have just walked down the lane to the local bus shelter to pin up a poster for a concert. When I got there, a man in his 0os (I would think) was waiting for a bus.

I tried to put a drawing pin in the wood (with some difficulty) and he said; "Ooh...that is very hard wood - you won't get those drawing pins in." I then proceeded to knock the box of drawing pins off the bench and they scattered all over the floor: "Ooh...that's bad. It is going to be really hard to pick all those up."

I was shaking with laughter. grin Glad I am not married to him!

It's being so cheerful that keeps him going grin

Reminds me of the joke of asking a man for directions. His reply. " Well I wouldn't start from here".
