Hello rubylady, it was good to see that you posted on the Buddleia pruning thread yesterday. If you are lurking today, I would just like to thank you for starting the no-snack February idea. I only lost 4lb, but I shall continue. I hope the coming of spring has lifted your spirits a little.

Yes, that thread inspired me too ruby , well, I thought about it for ages but am trying to put it into action at last!

I've just done my first gardening of the year, mainly hacking at overgrown buddleia and eucalyptus. Also first gardening on new knee so
feeling both a bit pleased with myself and VERY tired! Off to look at buddleia thread!
