I woke thinking today would be a good day.

Me too Grannybags . I do have a lot to be thankful for. A loving husband and a lovely family.

It takes a lot of hard work to be this miserable.

My sister says that something good happens every day, even on the bad days. It can be something as small as a smile from someone or a text from a friend or her daughter. I wish I was so positive!

I am at work. On my own (well the guys are out back). I am trying to stay upbeat and excited about this "good thing" that might happen but reality is starting to kick in and I am struggling.

Can a good thing, just turn out to be not a bad thing? In other words, nothing bad happened today.
