Forgotten name-help!

Can anybody tell me the name of the anti contraception/abortion campaigner of the 1970's/80's? She had about 10 children and seemed to be in the news all the time. Driving me mad trying to remember-thought her name was Josephine but was getting mixed up with Josephine Quintavalle I think.

Well, she's now grandmother to at least 42 grandchildren!! Her husband is a UKIP councillor in Cambridgeshire who got into hot water for asking teenagers in care how it felt to be 'takers from the system'

I would hate to have so many grandchildren. How can you have a close relationship with them. I was one of 18 grandchildren on one side and 3 on the other and never really knew my paternal grandparents, while I was really close to my maternal grandmother.
