Good morning Mick, dark here in Lancashire but can see dawn beginning and there's no rain. Hoping to do a snowdrop walk this afternoon with 2 DGC.
Have a good Sunday GNers.

Morning All. Very cold in our corner of Somerset. Still dark so hard to predict the weather. Been awake since 5, want to get up and get on now but don't want to disturb Mr C. Will wait it out a bit longer. Hope Sunday is kind to everyone.

Morning all.
Yet another grey damp day in N Kent. Slightly misty over the marsh too.
Not a lot happening for me today. House looks a bit of a tip as D & SO are sorting and packing to move out gringrin we will still be left with some of their "stuff" though.

Good morning from a cold, damp Colchester. Another sleety day ahead, so a cosy Sunday with a roast dinner it is then!

Morning All

Snowing in North Norfolk!

Proper big flakes now, but it was very wet, sleety stuff earlier. I know this as DGD2 and DGS1 are having a sleep over. As they're cousins and only children there's been much excitement - a late night - and a very early start!

We had hoped to go swimming this morning, but I'm not so sure.

Good morning, Mick and early-rising ladies!
Just another grey day here, except that it is perhaps a shade lighter than yesterday.

A quieter than usual day for us but I do fancy going on your snowdrop walk this afternoon, Nana3.
Sounds like familiar fun in your house, Nfk!

May a splash of colour intrude into this cold, grey day for you all!

Good morning to all, from France. A wet and grey morning, so a cosy Sunday for me too, Pittcity . The snowdrops in the lawn add brightness to the day. Hoping to chat to all the grandchildren today, if Internet connections are good. Fingers crossed!

Go well to you all.

Good morning from a grey, damp north east. No snow and forecast is for sleet.
Snow is forecast for the area GC live so we are not visiting today. We had a lovely long chat on Skype last night and heard all their news, youngest drew us a picture and promised to post it to us on Monday smile

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. I am a late riser this damp, grey South Yorkshire morning. And gosh, it is cold! DH was flirting with the idea of going to watch GS play footie this morning, but he has ??? out! So far, we have had but a few flurries of snow. I hear it is set to warm up next week. Have a good day, folks.

Good morning Mick and everyone. It just gets worse doesn't it? Wet and windy and still very cold. Roll on Spring!

Nelliemoser Sun 12-Feb-17 08:57:12

Good Morning all. Cold and grey in Cheshire but no rain yet.

kittylester Sun 12-Feb-17 08:58:38

Morning all!

It's cold and wet in North Leicestershire but I'm OK as I'm in bed watching CBeebies with two small warm little girls. grin

whitewave Sun 12-Feb-17 09:28:06

Morning

Very grey, damp and cold.

Off to sisters for lunch today.

MawBroon Sun 12-Feb-17 09:37:29

Still in bed at 8.58 with 2 little DGDs Kitty? Ah the power of CBeebies!! (When my DGCs are around I've generally done a day's work by 9 o clock! )

Good afternoon, peeps. Blowing a hoolie here but I've been out and burned loads of twigs that fell off one of our big birches over the winter. I expect there'll be another load before long! Kicked and yanked dead wood out of a rhododendron hedge too. I love doing that and adding it to the woodpile.

Hope everyone is having a pleasant day.
