Some of you will remember that Mum was put on 'end of life care' last January and we were told to expect the worst.
You might also remember that she has recently been sitting in the lounge creating havoc joining in activities.
On Saturday, my brother went to see her to find she is now back to wearing her teeth and glasses and demanding whisky - as in 'I always have a little tot at bed time.'
The staff called the GP to see her the other day because her ankles were swollen and they suspect 'phlebitis' or even heart failure. By the time the tablets arrived, the swelling was gone.

They are happy to let her have a small amount every now and again.
