Country Life spreadable is quite ok ( we have butter as well but need some spreadable for making sandwiches.)
Jalima you had to eat the stuff at the same time as buttering your flat feet...I now have wonderful arches, so it does work! I must say it was worth the greasy carpets and sheets.
