It is just 6 months since we did this and how I do identify with you! - so many things to sort out; so many hitches along the way! But it was all sorted pretty quickly and we had revived the appliances that went wrong and emptied most of the boxes after about 6 weeks. We still have some boxes unopened and some things I simply cannot find, but we seem to be surviving without them.

Good luck - stay strong - you will get settled in the end and it will all be worth it.

I hope your DD is well soon.

All the best for your new home, glad dogs are enjoying your garden, mine loves destroying ours. We get internet through 4G wifi, as land line broadband is useless.

Hope your daughter is better soon, and your clothes find a home.

No wonder they say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. It can only get better anniebach, just take one problem at a time and you will get through it.
Hope your daughter recovers well and you can enjoy the new house. At least the dogs are happy.
Good luckflowers

Hang on in there. It can take months to get sorted. You can only do so much at a time and it will get done so please don't worry and hope you enjoy your house.

The painter went to Thailand . The cleaner overbooked . Moving day the removal man walked into the bungalow, no knock, my two dogs did a runner for the road. I bought a wardrobe from his shop, it hasn't come in. No clothes hanging area. Chap who installs sky dishes checked the dish here the day before the move, all was well. NO, tv didn't work, no landline no internet - bought a dongle thing- . Elder daughter still in hospital .

And no hot water because I cannot read the instructions for the gas .

The sun is shining and the dogs love the garden
