Good Morning Friday

Morning All from a cloudy and damp-ish corner of Somerset. Shopping all done. Cleaning this morning then very little for the rest of the day. Hope this soon to be Christmas Friday is kind to you, especially those with a difficult day ahead.

Good morning to you all, it is cloudy but bright here, and the rain the other night has brought the pansies alive and blooming which is a real treat, as they were looking a bit sad. We have just a couple more things to buy, not a lot, and might go to Sainsbury's for lunch, just depends on the o.h. who was quite poorly yesterday morning but cheered up in the afternoon when we went out to shop, and I spent far too long standing! Never mind, enjoy your days.

Damp and grey in the Tyne Valley, the wind is beginning to blow. Batten down the hatches, storm Barbara is on the way! My family are travelling from Scotland today, they are staying in a holiday cottage for four nights, and visiting as many relatives as they can while they are here. Christmas preparations under way, DH has gone to fetch the salmon.?

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. I haven't looked out since four o'clock so I have no idea what the weather is doing. We have a bit of food shopping to do this morning. (If DH had had his way we would have been out at silly o'clock standing at the supermarket door!) I shall be in the kitchen for the rest of the day. Whatever you are doing, have a good day.

It's a grey start here in Wiltshire. I've got a stinking cold and cough so my nose resembles Rudolph's ?
Thankfully we're going to SiL's for Christmas Day (bugs permitting) so no need for braving the shops ?

Still dark outside here in Staffs but seems calm enough! DH gone down with flu like symptoms so trip to Yorks to DD2 for Christmas may be off

Cake to decorate and shopping to finish, dogs to walk and then relatives to collect from the airport. Christmas is fast approaching at least work is over for now!

Good morning, it is damp and looks as if the wind is getting up. Did shopping in M&S at 11pm last night and DH has been to Sainsburys this morning so that is us sorted for a week.

A still, bright morning here in Norfolk. Nothing on today except to pick up the turkey. We've always relied on the weather to keep it cool as we no longer have a chest freezer, but the inside/outside thermometer says it's 8C outside. Ho hum!
