Morning Mick, morning all!

It is foggy in North Leicestershire and one of us has to go to the other side of the county to collect 2 dgc before 9am. It used to be me who did the journey but DH is retired now so guess who is doing it this morning.

Good morning mick, kittylester and all still to come! Cold and dark here in my corner of N Bucks. Why am I awake at 6.45? NO IDEA !!
However a large mug of tea seems a good idea and the paper and who knows, I may have another wee doze.

Morning All. Dark and misty, fortunately no travelling to look after littlest today, we arrived last night as his parents have unreasonably early starts. Littlest is still sleeping, so is Mr C, I'm about to have a quiet cuppa before the mayhem begins. Hope Monday is kind to you all and Mr Lester has an uneventful journey.

Good morning from Colchester. Sky is pinkish grey just before sunrise although I doubt we'll see the sun today as clouds and rain are forecast.
This and that today. Mr P is off work for two weeks so our usual rhythm is now in dissaray.

Good morning everyone. Reasonably light here for midwinter. Lovely day for older Dgc at Olympia Horse Show yesterday, their annual Christmas treat. Today, they fetch their much awaited and long-for puppy ( not for Christmas but for life...) before heading home to Cambridge. Enjoy your Monday one and all!

Ferociously red sunrise this morning. Hmm. Have to pay some bills and I'm short of some presents so I'll have to brave the weather. Happy countdown.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A grey and cold South Yorkshire outside today but it's early yet. Dentist for me later this morning, but DH has to try and get an emergency appointment today as one of his back teeth seems to be loose. If he can't get one I might ask if he can take mine as it is only a checkup, but I'm not sure if it can work like that. We both have the same dentist. Have a happy day folks, whatever you're doing.

Good morning to you all, a dull morning here, but that seems to be the norm these days, and so very dry still. We shall see what the day brings, as every time we make plans something else seems to happen. Enjoy your days.

Good morning everyone.
It's dry and overcast in Glasgow. We're off to see Cinderella at the Kings Theatre this afternoon, so a relaxing morning for me in the hotel. We had a very disturbed night. A very loud set of people were carrying on drunken behaviour until the early hours. At one point, I think the po!ice had been called. I heard them being threatened with eviction from the hotel!

Morning all, catching up today after a visit from DS2 and Dil, then lunch with my very small reading group (3). The world has turned grey and brown. Like Mick, looking forward to getting over the shortest day.

Good morning all, dry and warmish in Lancashire. Wore my winter coat yesterday but I was too hot.
