I still think it be nice if the card had some type of game Or puzzle built into it or maybe worked with a ipad app.

I use Getting personal, cards from 99p plus postage.

I used Funky Pigeon to do the family cards, daughters and partners and grandchildren. The grandchildren love getting cards with their names and photos on. I did it about 3 weeks ago while they had a special offer and they were half price if you did 4 or more and were sent out on my chosen date. It was much cheaper than buying individual cards, I think about 99p each. Bought DH a card from a shop yesterday (yes, I forgot to order him one) and it cost me £2.99 for nothing special.

We used Vistaprint. Good service and the cheapest we looked at. Great customer service too.

Moonpig and Funky pigeon do something similar. I have used Touchnote to make an uploaded photo into a card or postcard . All of these will address and post cards for you. Quite pricy, but convenient, especially when you avoid queuing in the post office to have overseas cards weighed.
