Good Morning Everyone,
Its not looking great outside, foggy start, and could be a dull dark cloud day today here in Brackley.

Good Morning Michael and everyone else! Dark, early start today. Second time this week that I will be braving the underground at morning rush hour . This time, it is not for pleasure as on Wednesday but for a dental scan prior to an implant. An expensive first!
Have a good Friday everyone!

'Morning all!
It's a foggy, damp start here in Wiltshire.
I'm putting up the Christmas tree and waiting for the coffee to percolate. DS, DDIL and my darling two grandsons are coming for the weekend. It's going to be bedlam but great fun!
Younger DGS is crawling 'Mobile demolition machine' according to DS; I have been warned ??

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Still dark in South Yorkshire, and feeling pretty cold, but I don't think that any rain is forecast. I think I am now getting the upper hand with this cold - it definitely feels as if it is drying up, thank goodness. We have some shopping to do this morning and then we must get some stuff on this monster tree that has taken over the living room - I told him it would be too big! Good luck with your dental treatment, Rinouchka. Have a good day everyone!

Morning Mick, Nina and All.

Looks pretty settled in the Thames Valley.

Off to have the eye pressure and field test, dislike having it done by but it is important.

Rinouchka I had a dental implant this year and it is fabulous. Instead of a great gap at the side of my mouth I have a perfect replacement which should last me out grin

Good morning Mick and everyone. Drizzle forecast today in Lancashire.
Feeling emotional after the internment of my Dad's ashes yesterday. Couldn't face visiting Mum as I was so upset, will go this morning. A bit of housework in preparation for visitors before that.
All the best at the dentist Rinouchka and the optician NanKate.
Have a good day everybody.

Take care Nana3. flowers We were at DSiL's father's funeral yesterday - very emotional.

A very late Good Morning from a grey and chilly corner of N Bucks .
My excuse is that somehow deep in my subconscious I knew that DD was flying to Sweden at 6 this morning, so of course I woke up early, checked the clock - 5.59!!
I bet you do that too?
Anyway going back to sleep at 6.30 ish convincing myself she was safely in the air, meant I didn't come to again until 9.
Book Group lunch today at our very favourite (better than) Gastropub so the food will be exquisite and the company lively!!
I'd better write off the afternoon too <sigh>. tchgrin

Morning All

A grey, still nothingness sort of day in Norfolk. I've just spent the last TWO hours downloading Dropbox and figuring out how to share some holiday pic with the crowd I went to India with. I think I must be THICK!! But I think I've mastered it!

Off to the hairdressers shortly - incredibly I managed to get a cancellation for today - and then we're off to DD1's for the weekend for an early Christmas. Except that we don't get to open any presents. Myself and 2 DDGs do not agree with this but apparently it's a majority decision because the other 3 are grown ups!

Very late good morning. I had to leave the house very early for 9am hospital appointment. Surgeon is happy with my progress and I will be seen in six months, that is a weight off my mind for Christmas smile

Greyduster Fri 16-Dec-16 11:52:23

Very good news, harrigran. Onward and upward! ?
