Beloved bought me a telescope last year. It's been used once. It's either to cloudy, to cold, or there's something good on the telly.

DH gave DD one of those electric window cleaning machines. I told him he would be in trouble as she would say that was not a Christmas gift. She was thrilled to bits and even tried it out on Christmas Day.
