After the success of our long camping trip, is anybody up for a grand Christmas Party?
All of Gransnet is invited, it will be held on the 23rd December and will entail an overnight stay.Usual rules apply....alphabetical order, be as inventive as you like , and as Christmassy etc.

Alka Selzter! ?

Violins now, the orchestra is tuning up

Bellanonna Fri 23-Dec-16 23:55:25

Ukelele playing, not a trumpet. Our Gransnet grandad is a talented player.

nanaK54 Fri 23-Dec-16 23:07:23

Trumpeting, did you hear that? I fear that elephant is quite close.....

JoyBloggs Fri 23-Dec-16 22:51:59

Quick quick slow. (Is that a foxtrot?)

nanaK54 Fri 23-Dec-16 21:44:08

Perfect, everything is just perfect here, you must have worked so hard preparing for this bash Lord and Lady roses......just a little concerned that the elephant is still on the loose somewhere.....

JoyBloggs Fri 23-Dec-16 21:31:44

nanaK54 Fri 23-Dec-16 16:56:18

Leaving the main road now - wow just how long is your drive?

Bellanonna Fri 23-Dec-16 16:45:41

Kilts, for anyone from north of the border. Or would that be bad etiquette? I'm an ignorant Southerner so have no idea, but I do like a man in a kilt. Given the coldness of the castle, don't think any Scots men should go Commando though!

Ana Fri 23-Dec-16 16:35:17

(Where are we up to - J? tchconfused)

Jaffa cakes

Bellanonna Fri 23-Dec-16 16:25:45

Hair already done ( think we slightly out of kilter with our ABC.?). Oh maybe that was Cherry's helicopter pad enquiry.

Ok then

I'm all set to go, glammed up for the off

Cherrytree59 Fri 23-Dec-16 13:53:04

Oops forgot to ask
Do you have a helicopter pad?
If not don't worry will get the Broomstick out. smile

Look forward to meeting your Ladyshipness

DanniRae Fri 23-Dec-16 13:39:18

Be there soon - realised I need a very glamorous frock for such a classy 'do' but it must have an elastic waist band. I need to be comfortable after eating and drinking all the wonderful fare........!! tchgrin

Christinefrance Fri 23-Dec-16 13:38:57

Galloping along in my coach and four.

cornergran Fri 23-Dec-16 13:23:35

Just changing into the tiara and posh frock and I'll be there ?

nanaK54 Fri 23-Dec-16 11:33:45

On my way won't be long.....

rosesarered Fri 23-Dec-16 11:30:24

Just popped in to say.....get in your cars ladies, it's the big day today and luncheon awaits you after your long drive. We are so excited here, can hardly wait to meet you all,Lord Roses and myself and our two elderly but over excited labradors ( they love greeting guests) will be out on the steps of Rosesarered Towers( to avoid any unnecessary slobbering I will keep Lord Roses on a tight leash.)
LET THE FUN BEGIN.????
