Very good - Pam Ayres eat your heart out!
Not everybody visits "The Kitchen" so in the spirit of peace and goodwill I am offering my contribution to what I hope will be a happier Gransnet in December
''''Twas the day after yesterday
And all over the forum
The grans were behaving
With their usual decorum
No catcalls, no shouting
No boos and no hisses
But
and
And love and some kisses
They reasoned politely and fairly discussed
And nobody had to flounce off in disgust
No comments whose meanings some people might twist
Oh this was the Gransnet I felt I had missed
With hindsight the bitterness hopefully ends
And we can sit down to a
with our friends."
