Good morning all from London. Looks like being a mixed bag of weather here today. Just off to a 'non-urgent' appointment at the surgery following a recent CT scan. I've been trying to see my usual doctor for weeks, then the surgery rang and booked me with a different one. Don't you just hate it when that happens?

Have a good day everyone smile

Good morning, a lovely bright morning here. Still in bed because yesterday's shopping trip left me tired and achy.
Delighted to find a Christmas tree online that fits our requirements, a slender one that will fit nicely in a corner of the room. I have been looking for one for years.

Good morning!
The sky's clearing here in Wiltshire after a series of downpours overnight. The washing's on, coffee poured and I'm going to have a very lazy day I think. Knitting fancy scarves for presents so need to keep going or they won't be ready for Christmas ⛄️
seemed like a good idea after a couple of glasses of wine last weekend!

Have a lovely day everyone.

Good morning everyone.
Fairly bright at present, but much rain is forecast! Washing today, ironing too. New telly came yesterday, so son coming to set it up later.
Enjoy your days everyone.

Good morning all.
Bright and sunny here in Stockport.
My afternoon jaunt with a friend today, looking forward already.

Morning, folks! Rain here. Painting the kitchen continues.

Happy days, dudes!

Morning all.
Very dismal start to the day in N Kent. Rain is forecast, just as well I have no plans to leave the house.

Good morning from a brightening Colchester. Weather forecast for a bit of everything today.
Haircut this morning and a mooch around the shops. I firmly believe in keeping Christmas in December and so find the festive music etc. in mid November a bit grating.

Good morning, GNs. We are in for a wet day in South Yorkshire today, but after some early food shopping I shall be helping DH to rub down some paintwork (oh joy!) and then I will be baking cupcakes for the weekend. Strange how we feel so adrift on this thread without Mick! I hope you are feeling better today, kitty. Have a good day folks.

Good morning and I hope I am not speaking too soon when I say it seems to have stopped raining!! That will jinx it for sure.
DH has his weekly blood test at the hospital and depending on the result I will either be taking him back for another transfusion tomorrow or be able to arrange to go to London to see DD and 1/2 year old littlest fella smile
I know there are many of you with your own mountains to climb today so I wish you sunshine and flowers and hopefully few ☔️☔️☔️

Morning all

Still in bed -late for me but beginning to think of a cup of tea.

Hair today. Might finish planting tulips this morning.

Mum had one of her very tired days yesterday. At 98 this should come as no surprise but difficult for her.

Cornergran for the future get yourself the game called Rummykub it is easy to learn and is a fascinating game. It would have entertained your guests for an hour or two no problem. In the meantime put your feet up and enjoy the film.

kittylester Thu 17-Nov-16 07:33:05

Morning corner!!

kittylester Thu 17-Nov-16 07:32:35

Morning Kate, morning all.

I was just about to start this thread but it does seem weird for it not to be Mick!

It is bright and cold in North Leicestershire with a few drops of rain on the windows.

School run for me today which has me discombobulated as I usually do it on a Wednesday. I shall be confused all day.

cornergran Thu 17-Nov-16 07:32:34

Morning nankate, morning All. Just hope mick has better weather than ours this morning, dark, damp and dismal in our corner of Somerset. Today's challenge will be entertaining our visitors in the rain. Would it be wrong to sit them down to watch a film? Hope Thursday is kind to you.

Hello folks.

Where is everyone in Mick's absence on hols ?

Cloudy here in Thames Valley.

Lots of rotten paperwork to do today. Maybe give myself an hour or so off to watch the tennis a the 02 as a reward. grin
