Good morning. A visit to Mum and Sainsburys for me today.

Good morning blues skies and sunshine here in West London, frost is now beginning to clear, looks cold but at least it's not gloomy a good day for a brisk walk.

Good morning everyone. Here in N London it's very cold and bright but forecast to get cloudy then rain later. I'd better get my thermals on before sweeping the last lot of leaves from my front garden. Hope you all enjoy whatever you're doing today.

Overnight frost is clearing now but still very cold. The red maple was very pretty with a veneer of hoar frost early this morning.

A bit dull here in central Scotland but was a lovely sunny day yesterday. Clearing cupboards harrigran can be tedious or fun, especially if you find things and wonder why on earth you kept them!?

I can hardly move this morning with a searing pain under my right shoulder blade so have to try and get a doctor's appointment - not hopeful though.
