It's been a good day reminiscing with friends from my teens over a long lunch.

It's been so nice having so many contacts from the GN Set which has made my 70th special.

By the way I have knocked another 1mg of my steroids and the champagne has certainly helped deaden any aches and pains Onward and downward.

I have been fortunate enough to have a number of emails and texts today from friends and family and it made me realise how important it is to acknowledge each other's special days, especially those who are on their own.
