Good morning all, yes Nana3 cloudy in West Lancashire. After a very busy month I slept until 10.00am. I suspect I am suffering from jet lag after my recent trip to NYC taking Grandaughter home. Going to enjoy a relaxing day with maybe a walk in the woods.
Happy Friday everyone!

Good morning, hazy sunshine here and not too chilly. GD2 has a birthday today but is still on holiday, I will see her on Sunday when she visits with her bouncy cuddliness ☺

Good morning everyone.
We have cloud and a bit of drizzle in the Tyne Valley.
DH and I are going to the Bowes Museum at Barnard Castle later. They have an exhibition of shoes from the V & A which I am looking forward to seeing. We will stop off somewhere for lunch on the way.
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning, Michael, and all GNs. Dull, but dry, here in South Yorkshire. DD and hers are safely back from their holiday in Turkey so I can relax now. Kitty we never stop worrying about our children even when they're grown. I'm sure he'll be fine and I hope he has a wonderful holiday flowers. We don't have much planned today. I shall be resting my knee. I turned over in the night and woke up half the neighbourhood I think!?

Good morning from another hazy morning on the south coast. We are off with friends for the day at Portsmouth, lunch first then some shopping for them. Don't know how far I shall be able to walk, played bowls yesterday afternoon and took a tumble - had to stop playing. No real harm just an ache in the knee and ankle, should have worn my ankle support! Cured the crick in my neck. Enjoy your days.

Good morning from an overcast but dry, for now, Colchester. Still waiting for the promised rain here. Getting to the time of year when the pac a mac and brolly go back in the handbag! It's good living in the driest part of the country but it will be nice when the hose can be packed away.
DH is home today and working nights for the next few. He is still snoring atm. We will probably go for a walk later followed by a siesta.

Thank you all for reassuring me! I'm sure he will have a great time but the airports worry me - i hate them anyway but it's the thought of him negotiating them on his wobbly leg although he has booked assistance! Don't tell him I mentioned it!! blush

Morning Mick, morning all.

It rained overnight in North Leicestershire and the forecast is for showers all day. Today I'm picking up DGS2 after his second day at school. Yesterday he was up and dressed ready for the off at 6.30!

Its quite an emotional day for me as DS1 is flying to LA, all on his own, to stay with an old friend from Uni for a fortnight. He used to love travelling before he was ill and this is his first big trip since. I feel as though I am sending him off into the unknown and am really proud of him and really worried at the same time. confused
