If you are in Cornwall during the next couple of weeks try and get to see this amazing giant puppet as it travels through the county. I saw it twice on Monday and joined in with the singing. It is a huge mechanical tin miner and is 'performing' in various locations. Google The Man Engine to find out where he will be.

I saw it on TV but when I saw your title I didn't know what it was about as I didn't know that's what they've called it.
Looks amazing, my GSx2 would love it.

It was very exciting seeing it unveiled with clouds of steam and it was lovely to be part of the singing. There are several other venues as it travels west.

I only wish it had been better publicised in advance - it started in Tavistock on Monday and we would definitely have gone to see it there if we'd known about it. Been busy with hospital/doctor appointments this week and it's getting further and further away from us, so not sure if we will manage to see it sad
