Older ladies out with hairnets on. Girls with skipping ropes or boys playing football in the road.Housewives redding their doorsteps and polishing the door knobs / letter boxes with Brasso. Bob a job week. When you get going there are lots of things.

Dogs used to be fed scraps and bones. Now they get tinned food. I think that is why the colour changed in their poo. hugs

We wore velour school hats in winter and panamas in summer and were in mega trouble if a teacher saw you not wearing it. (State school, not private)....and the boys all wore caps!

Loved chicken in the basket but my favourite was scampi in the basket. Whenever I mention these to our kids now 34 and 30 they are hysterical with laughter.
Findus seafood pancakes, local shop used to sell 5 cigarettes out of a pack of 10.
Loved a Bar Six and a Five Boys. All Jaffas and tangerines in tissue paper at Christmas. Little boxes of Milk Tray with pictures of kittens on a Christmassy sleeve.
You can still get love hearts online, son had them as favours in his wedding. Have rediscovered Babycham in local Morrisons and had some at Christmas with a cherry of course, loved it!
