I don't like it either nina. In fact it's something of a Marmite love or hate thing.
I love the crusty bread with butter too, nothing else with it. And for comfort eating a bowl of cereal, especially at bedtime.

On the rare occasion I eat Ch***t**s cake I take all the marzipan off and leave it
Horrid stuff grin

Oh yes, marzipan! I remember a colleague many years ago asking me how many packets of marzipan are needed for an 8" Christmas Cake. I said, "oh, about 12." At the look on her face, I explained, "I buy two, and eat them, so I have to buy another two, and then I eat them as well. And so on, until the week before Christmas when I force myself to use the latest two packs on the cake!" grin

Peanut Brittle, my children buy it for me a Xmas, sneak off and eat it.

Anything with coconut. Anything containing truffles (the kind that pigs dig up).

I also tend to eat a whole packet of marzipan once it's opened, and nuts go quickly too.

Other than that, the sight of my young neighbours abs were a lovely treat earlier. [phew]

Sorry to lower the tone but it's Refresher burps. I loved doing then as a child then I sort of grew up. Now occasionally when I'm alone I eat a whole tube of Refreshers and drink Diet Coke really quickly then sit back and wait for the chemical reaction grin

We have just rediscovered the Co-Op and their fresh bread is to die for, so much crustier and tastier than Mr.T or Sainsbury trouble is every time go near the bread bin it calls to me.. oh my this has got to stop blush especially at 11:30 before bed.

Nannylovesshopping Wed 20-Jul-16 09:54:27

I'm with Indinana on this one, must be sourdough, real cold butter and a largish chunk of Canadian cheddar, yum!

Indinana Wed 20-Jul-16 09:27:11

Bread and butter. They're my downfall. And not just 'a little' - when I'm in full on naughty mode, it's a great hunk of fresh bread with lashings of butter blush

NanaandGrampy Wed 20-Jul-16 08:48:16

Following on from the bread and dripping thread ( that got my vote !!) what do you like that's a little naughty?

hmmmmmmm might get some interesting answers to that question? smile

For me --- my gran taught me how to make the best beef gravy and if left alone with it I could eat it with a spoon from the jug !!
