Just talked to the very nice lady who got all the info wrong on Mum's assessment. She was very apologetic and agreed to put it all right. I said that I was confused as to how both she and the consultant psychiatrist, who saw mum independently, recorded the fact that mum had bed rails and bumpers when she had neither.
Apparently if I am not happy with an amendment being added I can insist they both go again. We live in Leicestershire and he comes from North Wales.
