They are of course sportsmen, who play for the love of the game - which although I don't much like, it is a good game - they are not prima donas, just a group of men playing PROUDLY for their country, without the astronomical salary some players are paid, and happy to do so.

We are here in Iceland and staying just up the road from the hill that all the fans were on. Great atmosphere and so good to see how proud everyone was even thoug they didn't win. They could teach Some England 'fans' a few things.

Their triumphant return home was brilliant, so good to see the support they got and well deserved.
No further comment need re overpaid England team.

I like that although they had beaten England, they had lost to France, yet seeing the welcome without knowing that you would have thought they had won the championship. This support could be the reason they did so well with just one professional player in their team.

Think they are wonderful, their sound conjours up visions of Norsemen arriving in longboats, very impressive or awesome as the Americans might say.

Just seen it in the news, it's amazing.
Hoping for a win for Wales, my Dad was Welsh.
