Have you thought about one of those body wrap things at a beauty salon. I believe it drains lots of water out of your system and you can look inches thinner for a couple of days. This is a quick fix diet only, and you will probably put the weight back on, but it does work for a special occasion. As it includes salad and fruit you shouldn't get bunged up or bloated. When I did it I lost 8lb and my tummy went flat!

No carbohydrates for the next week. Tummy will lessen and spots should go. Good luck. I expect you will look good on the day anyway.

Put perfume on the spots, the alcohol in it will dry them out. Toothpaste (plain white) also works.

Pukka Detox tea for the spots and the bloating. (Not that I believe in crash detoxes, it just happens to be the name of the tea). It sorts out digestive upsets.

Cut out bread which can cause bloating and get a good all in one piece of underwear, they can be very comfy. Doesn't really take off inches but smooths everything so clothes hang better.

Be scrupulous about taking makeup off at night, use Clearasill or something for spots and remember that you are probably being over critical of yourself and a week can make a big difference.
