It was a lovely morning, but it seems to be greying up a bit now and there's a breeze making it feel decidedly chilly - and we have to go and sort our little boat out this morning (DH has decided!). It involves quite a lot of standing around and holding things on my part so thermals out I think!

We have a bright sunny morning again, and and once again I suspect the wind is chilly, but better than the awful dull wet weather we seemed to have for so long. Off to play bowls with the partially sighted this p.m. should be fun. Enjoy your days.

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester. Looks like there was a bit of rain overnight.
Have hauled out 5 bags of ivy cuttings for the bin men. There's still about the same amount to cut back before we knock on the door of the house backing on so that we can replace what is left of the fences. The ivy is theirs and at least 4 times as thick on their side!

Arrived back from work on this grey overcast morning to find a hen blackbird dead beside the greenhouse. That's two in one week. I must get some hawk silhouettes for both the conservatory and the greenhouse, as a matter of urgency.
Son coming for his lunch today, an to build us a new computer. New technology, how lovely.

Lovely day ahead , with a much needed trip to the hairdresser and then off to the cinema to watch London has Fallen courtesy of 2 for 1 Meercat movies. I do love a bargain.
