Breast Cancer breakthrough.

I had a grade two breast cancer 8 years ago.I had the breast off and all the lymph nodes,a course of chemotherapy, radio therapy, herceptin and tamoxifen .I don't hold with these people talking about it on the media,for each one of them,there's hundreds suffering in silence .I feel I had very good care,and support.

Have you had breast cancer recently? Did you feel, as I do that, older breast cancer patients are very under represented on the internet considering that BC increases with age? There are no Facebook Groups for older BC women at all, but plenty for older women/younger men!! Is it that we don't have the same sob appeal and charities don't feature us? Or is it that older women just don't want further info or to offer each other mutual support? Is Facebook only for the youngies?

I do hope this is the breakthrough they have been looking for. It might lead to a discovery of a cure for other cancers too.

Haha, no ann60, but have to confess I loved all the films!

Just on Radio. 5 of 10 test cases were 'cured with no sign of cancer residue after 7 clinical days. Phew, please the Lord.
