So sorry to hear of all these accident our lovely grandchildren have, but accidents do happen to the best of us. I just want to advise you all of my grandaughters accident recently. My DS has a kitchen island with a granit worktop, my dgd was walking past and, we think, may have swung on the side panel, and it fell! She was so lucky as it threw her across the kitchen, she still had a broken heel and badly brused the other foot. Of course we then hed the sleeples nights of what ifs, my daughter in law is eight months pregnant so both granmas have been there to help out. But please if your children have these kitchen islands, get them to check them out, kids will be kids. Luckily plaster is now off and shes gingerly starting to walking again with a lot of chocolate coin bribery.
What sort of family would you not want to marry into?

!! He did enjoy all the spoiling tho!
. Strangely I don't remember it hurting very much but I do remember my mum becoming nearly hysterical at all the blood. It was about 7pm on a Saturday evening and our family GP came out and took me to the local A and E in his car (those were the days!). I had 4 stitches and could barely talk for a week
