Good morning, harsh frost here this morning. Woken to the sound of windscreens being scraped and the dustbin wagon. Sun is shining so I think the frost will soon melt.
Lovely afternoon yesterday with GC when they came to visit.

Survived swimming with DGS3 , although I am now officially Boulder from Rescuebots- which is marginally better than being a speed bump when he was a bus driver !!

Dinner out with my friends from Uni tonight - all Nana's now ! Thats something to celebrate

Good morning everyone.
Sunny in Tynedale at the moment, but rain is forecast for later. Much milder than yesterday, the car said 3.5°c. I have done something to my left knee while at work this morning. It is very painful and doesn't like bending! I've taken ibuprofen and come to bed to rest it. Hopefully it will settle down itself, and not need a visit to the GP.

Blue sky, sunny but frosty in Stockport. Shopping today and not much else planned.
Hospital visit yesterday rather depressing as I only know now what I knew before and will be referred to yet another department and I know I shouldn't say it but the young Spanish Dr's English was so heavily accented that I could hardly understand her?When she called me into her room getting my name very wrong two other people stood up.

DDs and DGSs coming over today. We will have to go out as the drying ceiling plaster has made everything feel cold and damp.

Another dull, bleak start here in Devon. Rain forecast for most of the day - for the next five days in fact. Really beginning to wonder whether we will ever have a long stretch of dry weather here again.
Making a fleece hat for GD today - the last one I made her is now too tight!

Morning All

Chilly and clear here too. DD2 and family get back from Disneyland Paris today so dog goes home. He hasn't stayed with us for ages, I don't think SiL trusts us. Typically, after being really careful about his iffy replacement hips, he jumped down from the sofa (he was on his blanket) yesterday to shout at the postman and evidently twisted his leg. The limp is a little better this morning!
