Good morning, bright and sunny but we had a crisp, frosty start to the day. Waiting for my specialist nurse and then GC are coming this afternoon, haven't been able to see them on Skype since their electricals were fried.

Good morning all!
Beautifully bright sunny morning in Wiltshire ?
Up very early, already completed 3 hours of writing up assessments etc, so feeling very virtuous.

The car's still covered in frost/ice so it's obviously not as warm as I'd like!

ladybird9 flowers Yes, it would make a good thread elsewhere- knowing me I will scroll down and find it has already started! I have moved 8 times in my adult life - it is hard to start over.

It is a gloomy old day in Kent - come back sun!!!

Morning All

Wet and 'orrible in Norfolk! Usually most of the rain has dropped b the time it reaches here, but not last night it seems. At least it's rain and not snow!

It's funny how some things will suddenly hit you again make you down isn't it ladybird? You must have known for some time that your neighbour was moving and maybe made arrangements to keep in touch and so on. All prepared. But then wham! You find yourself all upset! At least that's what happens with me. Hope you pick up as the day gets up. flowers

Morning ladybird9, we tend not to chat on this thread, it's more for just checking in and a weather check, so don't be offended if this doesn't develop.

Try starting a thread about how you feel now your neighbours are moving and I'm sure you will get some responses!

Morning Mick, so refreshing to hear comments from a male, how are you today in Brackley, (whereeverthatis)...... what have you on your daily menu for today ? weather here in the south miserable too, if only those dark clouds would disappear. Wish you a good day and keep chatting x

ladybird9 Thu 18-Feb-16 07:56:44

good morning all you gransnetters, didn't realise that there is conversations to be had at this time of day, although I have left my bed this morning at 5.00 a.m., feeling quite sad cos a neighbour is moving to another area, in fact I am feeling so emotional, anyone else as silly as me !!!! I gotta set myself up, brush myself down and start all over again, NOT EASY !!! Is anyone hiding the sun cos we so need a day of sunshine, makes the world look a better place. I do not often appear to recieve replies from my posts, I wonder why !!!!!! I do love to chat, as you can see by the length of my message, however, must get on. To all of you out there I wish yo a good day and a better one tomorrow. X
